NFL: Week 14 Duds

NFL: Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints

Drew Brees

With the horrible season the New Orleans Saints are having, so is Drew Brees. Yes, he still has over 4,000 yards and 32 touchdowns, but he has also thrown 18 interceptions this year, seven in his last two, including two against the New York Giants in a loss.

Michael Turner

We’re in December which means the Atlanta Falcons start to struggle. They did it against the Carolina Panthers as they lost only their second game of the year. Michael Turner was less than stellar. He had 7 carries for 14 yards. As a whole the Falcons only had 35 yards of rushing the entire game.

Cincinnati Bengals

With the likes of Pittsburgh and Baltimore losing, the Bengals had a prime opportunity to move up in the AFC North, however they blew a 19-10 lead and lost 20-19. While they did beat the Eagles on Thursday, they have two huge games left against their rivals Baltimore and Pittsburgh.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

I’ve been real high on the Buccaneers the entire season. They are a team to watch out for in the future, however in week 14 they were a team that no one should have watched. They lost to the struggling Eagles 23-21 and now have lost three straight and may lose their spot in the playoffs.

Arizona Cardinals

Three quarterbacks that can’t play. Nine straight loses and eight turnovers against the Seattle Seahawks. Simply put, they stink.
